Corporate Governance Code:
Masisa has a Corporate Governance Code, prepared considering the recommendations of "The G201 and OECD2 Corporate Governance Principles". Its objective is to create value in a sustainable manner in all operations and to align business principles.
Management of conflicts of interest and insider trading:
Masisa has formal procedures that aim to:
→ Ensure that all company transactions, are aimed at obtaining the social interest and are carried out according to a price, terms and conditions that are in line with the market.
→ Avoid and/or resolve conflicts of interest, in accordance with applicable law.
→ Prevent the commission of crimes or legal, regulatory or administrative violations.
→ Protect Masisa's integrity and reputation, as well as avoid exposing it to criminal liability in accordance with Law No. 20,393 on Criminal Liability of Legal Entities.
→ Create a mechanism that allows Masisa members to become aware of the existence of conflicts of interest that must be prevented by anyone who is in charge of managing all or part of the company's assets.
In this context, both directors and employees must report annually or, when there are changes to what has already been reported, on the businesses, activities and principal investments in which they have an interest, either directly or through one of their related persons.
Likewise, there are formal policies and procedures for the management and disclosure of information that may affect the price of the Company's shares or other securities, also preventing directors and executives from carrying out transactions in the Company's shares or other securities with privileged information.
Pursuant to the provisions of General Rule No. 270 of the Financial Market Commission, the Company's Board of Directors approved in July 2022 its current Stakeholder Information Management Manual, which was published on MASISA's website(www.masisa.com) and on the Financial Market Commission's website(www.cmf.cl) http://www.cmfchile.cl.

The company is committed to providing the investment community with all relevant information in a prompt and transparent manner, always striving to maintain the highest levels of integrity and compliance with the goals of Corporate Governance.
In this way, relations and communications with investors and other stakeholders continue, in a systematic and transparent manner, under the responsibility of the "Investor Relations" professional team.
Quarterly earnings conference calls, quarterly earnings press releases and general press releases are conducted.
