New Developments in Salesforce to Strengthen Collaboration

We are proud to share that work continues on the Salesforce evolutions, integrating more key areas and processes with a clear goal: to centralize information, make better decisions, and improve our sales and customer experience.

Salesforce is present in Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and the United States, and is part of the digital ecosystem that MASISA is strengthening to promote more integrated, efficient and customer-centric management.

At MASISA we continue to develop improvements that allow us to work in a more collaborative, agile and connected way. We are currently advancing in new Salesforce evolutions, which progressively integrate strategic areas, key flows and functionalities designed to centralize information, generate commercial insights and boost our sales.

Among the teams that will be integrated at this stage are Technical, Pricing and the U.S. team, along with their key processes. Among the developments in progress are: product development request, pricing process with the U.S. and the national and export quotation system.

These improvements will allow us to consolidate a unified vision of our processes, with information available in one place and accessible at all times, facilitating decision-making and streamlining internal management in all areas.

In parallel, the Customer Service area works together with Marketing and Digital Commerce to improve the experience and post-sale of e-commerce customers, adapting processes to the new masisa.com, and integrating tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot, as well as automations that connect the different areas involved to act quickly in any situation that may affect the customer.

This progress is the result of the commitment of various teams and a common vision: to build a more integrated management, focused on the customer and prepared for the challenges of the business.
