If leveling and insulation are required, it is recommended to cover the wall with MDF or MDP boards. Panels should be assembled directly onto a wooden frame. For better alignment, insulation, and stability, install MDF or wood furring strips every 16 inches. Do not install on uneven or damp walls, and ensure the moisture content is below 12%.

Attach panels with high elasticity adhesive. For extra hold, use 0.13” flat head screws or finishing nails at the edges of fluted panels or on the melamine surface of fluted panels.

Install additional wood panels using a rubber hammer or wooden block. Avoid striking the shiplap edge directly with the hammer as this could cause damage.
