The Terranova building, intended for an apart hotel, presented the challenge of transforming spaces previously defined by Jorge Avila's architectural office into interiors that balanced functionality and simplicity, adapted to the needs of various types of guests. Led by architect Catalina Torm, the interior design focused on creating a modern and warm environment that would provide a welcoming refuge for visitors. To overcome budgetary constraints and ensure a result that combined aesthetics and practicality, close collaboration between the architectural team and the hotel operator was essential.
