The Project Franklin developed by real estate firm Fai, located in Santiago Centro, Chile, was designed to optimize kitchen and closet interiors, striking the perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics in a residential space.
For the kitchen furniture, White Softwood and Magma Melamines were chosen—a combination that enhances brightness by contrasting the warmth of white with the depth of Magma’s graphite tones. Its Texstone texture, inspired by the fusion of stone and textile fibers, provides a matte finish that adds sophistication and a dynamic touch to the design.
For the closets, Fibre Melamine was selected—featuring a textile-inspired gray design that adds depth and elegance, reinforcing the space’s harmony and character.
