Functionality and warmth
Masisa Melamines®: Design that transforms living spaces
Located in the Valparaíso Region, Chile, the Gruta Limache real estate project incorporates Masisa solutions through the modular specification service, integrating materials that enhance the experience of living with design, strength and functionality.
In the kitchens and closets, Sahara melamine was used, a woody design in sand and honey tones, with marked knots and reliefs that provide a rustic and cozy character. This material generates visually warm spaces, especially when combined with classic colors such as white. Its presence in the kitchen creates an illuminated, comfortable and functional environment, maintaining visual harmony.
As a complement, Blanco Softwood was incorporated in the interior of the closet furniture, providing continuity and refinement to the design. Its semi-matte texture and subtle veins revalue the traditional white, generating a luminous, warm and balanced atmosphere.
The Masisa melamine used in this project boasts technical attributes that make it especially suitable for frequently used areas such as kitchens and bedrooms: it is stain-resistant, antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial with an effectiveness rate of over 99%, as well as scratch-resistant, with responsible production, smooth cutting, and a high-tech finish that ensures durability without sacrificing aesthetics.
