The Franklin Building, developed by Inmobiliaria Sinergia and Constructora Ebco in Santiago Centro, was conceived to provide its residents with a welcoming and elegant environment from the entrance. The entrance hall stands out for the careful combination of Masisa wall coverings, achieving a perfect balance between modernity and warmth. Magma melamine, with its stone-like finish, adds an urban and sophisticated touch to the walls. In contrast, the Sahara-colored shingled cladding adds warmth, creating a space that fuses contemporary design and comfort.
The Sahara Grooved Wall Covering, installed on the walls of the Franklin Building hall, stands out for its easy installation thanks to the lateral interlocking system. Ideal for providing warmth and elegance, it also allows the incorporation of decorative elements, such as paintings, creating a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. The Magma Melamine, with its finish that simulates stone, complements the space with a modern style.
